Application Analyst

• Provide testing, configuration, and support for e.surv business applications
• Act as the technical lead for key business applications, serving as the main contact with suppliers
• Design and implement solutions, applying configuration to e.surv applications to meet stakeholder needs
• Assist lenders in testing solutions that integrate with e.surv applications
• Troubleshoot business applications (e.g., Quest, SurveyHub, SurveyBooker, Sunrise) and liaise with suppliers to find workarounds and resolutions
• Create and execute test plans for applications in use
• Operate the Change Management process, ensuring stakeholders follow correct procedures
• Adhere to the Request For Change process for application/workflow changes
• Keep the support ticketing system up to date
• Communicate any concerns regarding conflicting duties or responsibilities to the line manager
• Comply with e.Surv information security management processes aligned to ISO27001
• Follow all policies and operating procedures of the IT department
• Contribute as an active team member

• Working understanding of Change Management processes
• Extensive experience in supporting or being a power user of critical business applications (desirable)
• Experience in supporting or being a power user of integrated business applications (desirable)
• Demonstrable knowledge of creating and/or executing Test Plans (desirable)
• Experience in designing solutions and configuring applications to meet stakeholder requirements (desirable)
• ITIL v2, or v3 Foundation certification (desirable)
• Good level of standard numeracy and literacy
• Knowledge of software development processes (desirable)
