Job description

  • Provide day-to-day support for business applications, handling incidents, service requests, and user queries via an IT Service Management (ITSM) system
  • Develop and maintain strong working knowledge of core business systems, with a primary focus on ClickUp
  • Configure, manage, and optimise ClickUp workspaces, spaces, and workflows to meet business needs
  • Support end users with ClickUp usage, troubleshooting, and best practices
  • Triage and resolve support tickets, aiming for high first-time fix rates and SLA compliance
  • Escalate issues appropriately to internal teams or third-party suppliers
  • Maintain clear documentation for processes, fixes, and system usage
  • Perform routine system administration tasks
  • Support change and release processes in line with internal procedures
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives, + Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Experience supporting SaaS platforms
  • Flexibility to provide occasional out-of-hours support
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to support users if required

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with ClickUp (essential): o Workspace and space setup and management o Workflow configuration and optimisation o User support and training

  • Experience working in an IT support or application support environment

  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach

  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet SLAs under pressure

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail

  • Team player with the ability to work independently
