Security Operations Analyst

TheImpact.team are a niche IT Services company working within the UK Financial Services sector with a focus on IT Security and IAM Solutions. For one of our major clients we are undertaking a long term program of work to improve security monitoring through the management, control and ingestion of large volumes of IT and Security Data.

Candidates should possess:

• 1-2 years experience working in a Security Operations role with an an understanding of log management and SIEM solutions.
• Previous experience of log management, log analysis, data onboarding and reviewing alerts.
• Some experience gained within IT security with knowledge of Cyber threats and Cyber Security control systems
• Experience of working within an Agile framework
• Experience of working within an InfoSec software Team or IT Security Services environment.
• Strong and personable communicator. Working within a team you will be expected to host calls, lead discussion, confirm actions and follow up to an agreed timeline.

This is a hybrid working role based in the City, with 3 days per week in London offices and 2 days WFH.
