AI Engineer

Their mission is to create a proactive, intelligent system that understands user context, acts safely on their behalf, and earns trust through reliability, transparency, and rigour.

As an AI Engineer, you will help shape the agentic intelligence layer that powers their products - systems that reason, remember, and act safely in the real world. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of a technically ambitious team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and maintain LLM agents and agentic workflows end-to-end
• Design retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and grounding strategies
• Develop multi-step planning, tool use, and execution flows
• Implement approaches to reduce hallucinations and unsafe model behaviour
• Partner with product, backend, and QA teams to ship production-grade agent capabilities
• Iterate continuously based on real-world usage, feedback, and outcomes

• 5+ years of experience in applied AI, machine learning, or software engineering
• Concrete, hands-on experience building and deploying LLMs and agentic frameworks in production
• Strong Python engineering skills
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance innovation with safety and correctness
• Ability to operate autonomously and deliver under tight deadlines
