- Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support and escalate to 3rd line where required
- Support MS 365, Exchange, Mimecast, Azure, and core IT systems
- Assist with site setups, networks, mobile provisioning, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, Cyber Essentials, and GDPR

This role involves supporting users and systems across a varied environment, providing 2nd to 3rd line support within a Microsoft environment. We offer a 2-month rolling contract with the potential to transition into a permanent position. Our team values excellent communication and customer service skills, and your contributions will be vital in ensuring our IT services run smoothly across both head office and construction sites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an IT support role (preferably strong 2nd line capabilities)
- Strong MS Office knowledge (Access & SharePoint desirable)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Right to work in the UK
