IT Systems Analyst

• Support and develop IT infrastructure, systems and user environments
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Manage and maintain SQL Server / MySQL databases
• Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI) to support decision making
• Support IT and digital projects from concept through to rollout
• Provide technical support and liaise with third-party vendors

In this role, you will work closely with the Head of IT to support and enhance our business systems, reporting, and digital processes. Our company offers a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 along with excellent benefits.

• Experience delivering IT or business improvement projects
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server / MySQL
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Understanding of ERP / CRM systems and business workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to cloud technologies (desirable)
• Degree / HNC / HND in Computer Science or a related field (desirable)
