IT Engineer

• Providing high-level technical support and troubleshooting across end-user and infrastructure environments
• Managing and maintaining Microsoft 365 ecosystems (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
• Supporting and developing networking environments: firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, VPN
• Contributing to IT projects such as cloud migrations, security improvements, and system upgrades
• Monitoring and maintaining systems to ensure reliability and uptime
• Documenting configurations, processes, and technical designs
• Working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to continuously improve service delivery

• Approx. 6 years experience in an IT support or engineering role
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience
• Solid grounding in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server
• A deep understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
• Hands-on experience with switches, firewalls, and wireless solutions
• Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint Manager is a big plus
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Desirable (but not essential):
• Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco certifications
• Experience working within an MSP or multi-site environment
