Job description

  • Ensure the delivery of IT infrastructure services to the charity and supported organisations in a responsive manner
  • Support the management of over 250 End-Point Devices
  • Use Intune to keep devices up to date and maintain the security software of laptops, desktops, and tablet computers
  • Manage and deal with tickets in a time-efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the wider Charity team to understand upcoming infrastructure needs
  • Document all changes clearly for future users

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working in IT and phone maintenance/support, ideally at a 3rd line level
  • Experience in a high-level service desk environment for a mid-large size organisation
  • Proven ability in the use of Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022
  • Practical experience with Office 365/Azure, Windows 11, Active Directory, and Hyper-V
  • Experience in developing and deploying network/infrastructure solutions via Intune
  • Solid communication skills to handle multiple queries
