You will lead and mentor a pod of developers across Java/Spring Boot and Oracle PL/SQL disciplines, conduct first-pass code reviews, and drive technical quality across integrations, APIs, and data pipelines. • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and service-oriented architectures
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps
  • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
  • Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong communicator with the ability to lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Salesforce integration experience (optional - not required)
  • Snowflake and OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) experience
  • AWS cloud infrastructure experience
  • Docker/Kubernetes and Azure deployment experience (Argo is a plus)
  • Experience working in international or distributed team environments
  • Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers in a structured pod model
