Job description
Participates in the planning, installation, programming, testing, troubleshooting, and periodic maintenance of access control, alarm monitoring, and emergency communication security systems., * Documents process flows, tracks work requests and completes enhancements for vendor-delivered products and systems.
- Analyzes, develops and creates work plans that allow for successful integration and interfacing of various software and hardware systems.
- Ensures service tickets logged by end users are resolved according to service-level agreement quality standards.
- Implements vendor upgrades. Uses vendor-delivered report writers to create ad-hoc reports.
Requirements
- Must have 2 + years of experience in related field
Additional Preferred Requirements
- Associates Degree, * High School Diploma or GED
Experience
- 2-5 years
Supervisor Experience
- No Experience, * Associate's Degree - Information Systems/related
