Job description

This is a Systems Integration Manager (Senior Systems Engineer) position at the Regional Simulation Center, National Simulation Center, Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) Support Operations (SO) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Trideum is seeking best qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. Expected start date for this position is May 11 th , 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Conducts overall management coordination for all technical, networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support
  • Assists the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, and exercises and training events
  • Provides strategic solutions for standardizing technology, technical documentation, and technical support models across the sites
  • Attends training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and training events
  • This position requires travel not to exceed 75%

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field) / 3 yrs. experience within the past 10 yrs.in planning advanced computer system architectures, supervising implementation of communication systems, and integrating computer systems and interfaces in distributed architectures
  • 3 yrs. experience within the past 10 yrs. operating and maintaining infrastructures that include network engineering, Linux and Windows system administration, and storage engineering solutions
  • Knowledge in the development, installation, integration and evaluation of all MCIS including , but not limited to CPCE, JBC-P, JCR, AFATDS, CPOF, JADOCS, AMDWS to COTS and GOTS simulations including, but not limited to, VBS3, FIRESIM, DXTRS and other game-based technologies
  • Knowledge and experience with MCIS and simulation environments with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot them
  • DoD IAT II Certification
  • Be a United States Citizen
  • Active SECRET Security Clearance
