Job description
We are seeking a skilled UX Designer who specializes in creating intuitive, compliant, and scalable user experience for banking platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Figma and a strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, particularly in financial services contexts. The ideal candidate will balance user needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals to deliver seamless digital experiences for both customers and internal users. This position requires someone to be in a office work setting in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH 5 days a week. For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or status as part of the PERM process will not be available.
Future duties and responsibilities
. Design user-centric interfaces for Salesforce platforms utilizing custom banking applications (Salesforce Platform) . Develop wireframes and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma . Translate complex banking requirements into intuitive and accessible user experiences . Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements . Ensure compliance with Corporate Standards Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and financial regulations . Maintain and evolve design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components in Figma . Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation . Strategic & Cross-Functional Responsibilities Partner with product managers and the corporate UX standards team to ensure UX design follows standards Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and stakeholder alignment sessions Analyze user data and behavioral insights to drive continuous UX improvements Incorporate existing UX design across Salesforce implementations Support agile teams by delivering design assets aligned with sprint timelines o Stay current on UX trends, Salesforce innovations, and banking technology advancements
Requirements
o Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) o 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably within banking or financial services o Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems o Experience designing for Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Design System) o Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles o Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and developer handoff processes o Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and data-driven design Soft Skill & Domain Expertise o Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex financial workflows o Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities o Ability to work in agile environments and manage multiple priorities effectively o Knowledge of data privacy considerations o Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for creating polished, user-friendly designs o Collaborative approach with the ability to influence cross-functional teams o Continuous learning mindset with an interest in emerging UX and fintech trends, * Banking

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
