Job description
Under the direction of the Director, Systems Architecture and Cybersecurity, The Endpoint Administrator will be responsible for managing and securing laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other endpoints in the organization. They will work closely with the IT leadership team to ensure that the endpoints are secure, compliant, and up to date with the latest security patches and updates. The Endpoint Administrator will be the main point of contact for all endpoint-related issues and will work with end-users to troubleshoot and resolve any problems. Management, development, and deployment of enterprise applications, software updates, device configuration, and operating system task sequences with SCCM and Intune.
Coordinate college-wide initiatives for updating and installing applications, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with established protocols.
Utilize scripting and automation tools to streamline deployment processes and improve efficiency in application distribution.
Implement and maintain Windows deployment strategies to ensure standardized configurations across endpoints.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to SCCM, Intune, application deployment, and Windows deployment to optimize systems and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and provide technical expertise in optimizing application deployment workflows.
Perform troubleshooting and provide support/documentation for application deployment-related issues to ensure smooth operation of college-wide systems.
Educating staff and students on endpoint operation best practices and policies.

Requirements
Degree & Experience Required:
- Associate's degree in related field
- Four years related work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to effectively apply technology to tasks and projects
- Ability to contribute to a team environment while maintaining accountability and motivation in self and others
- Strong customer service skills that focus on diversity, community, and continuous quality improvement
- Time management skills that apply organization and prioritize demonstrating the ability to multitask and work independently
