Job description

Cloud Architecture & Strategy

  • Design and implement cloud architectures on platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Define cloud standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
  • Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including onprem to cloud transitions.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and disaster recovery for cloud solutions.

Analytics & Tableau

  • Knowledge of BI & ETL , preferably Tableau & Informatica

Data & Integration

  • Work with structured and semi-structured data from cloud data lakes and warehouses.
  • Design secure data pipelines and integration patterns supporting BI and analytics workloads.
  • Enable self-service analytics while maintaining data quality and governance.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement IAM, network security, encryption, and monitoring across cloud and BI platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, as applicable).

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior architects, cloud engineers, and BI developers.
  • Provide architectural guidance, documentation, and solution blueprints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in cloud architecture roles.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing, BI architectures, and analytics platforms. Exposure to ETL & BI Tools like Tableau , Informatica
  • Experience with SQL and cloud-native databases.
  • Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
  • Experienced in LLM integration and basic understanding of AI from infrastructure side.
  • Experienced in FINOPS., * Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Cloud Platform Professional Cloud Architect).
  • Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with Python, Spark, or data engineering frameworks.
