Software Engineer - Test Automation in Hanahan

• Maintains Test Plans and Procedures for security updates.
• Configures and maintains automated test environment.
• Conducts Test Readiness Reviews and delivers Test Reports
• Performs system level software testing to accurately validate functionality following application of 30-day security updates.
• Becomes a Subject Matter Expert with project equipment and software.
• Works with development team to reproduce/troubleshoot issues encountered during testing.
• Assist Subject Matter Experts and Technical Writers with documentation efforts (test cases, test reports, software load plans)
• Assist in management of project test beds and network devices, including configuration of Linux and Windows-based test support systems and layer 2 & 3 switches and routers.

• 0-3 years of experience of Computerized System experience to include: Test and Evaluation, Network Protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, and UNIX and Windows based operation system.
• B.S. in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or applicable Engineering discipline, with a GPA of 3.0 or better. Engineering and Science degrees must be from an ABET accredited institution to be considered valid by our government clients., * Familiarity with MS Windows desktop and server operating systems
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems
• Experience with a Command Line Interface (CLI) such as PowerShell or bash
• Working knowledge of system administration
• Excellent communication and writing skills for project documentation., * Comp TIA Sec+ certified
• Experience working with USMC Intel Programs of Record (POR)
