Senior ERP Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

• Partner closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to design systems that reflect real operational workflows
• Lead ERP integrations supporting:

• Inventory management, warehouse execution, and traceability
• Quality inspections, non-conformances, holds/releases, and compliance documentation

• Ensure ERP, WMS, and QMS operate as a single, validated, production-ready system

Technical Ownership & Governance

• Act as the technical owner for ERP architecture and integrations
• Review solution designs, data models, and system workflows
• Work directly with system integrators and internal engineering teams to ensure sound technical execution

Regulated Manufacturing & Compliance

• Ensure ERP implementation meets GMP and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements
• Support audit readiness and documentation standards
• Align ERP capabilities with commercial manufacturing and regulatory expectations

Cross-Functional & Executive Engagement

• Partner with leaders across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to Senior stakeholders

• 10+ years of ERP experience, with 5+ years leading complex ERP implementations projects
• Proven experience leading a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation
• Hands-on experience integrating WMS and Quality Management systems within Business Central
• Background in food manufacturing, biotech, life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing environments
• Working knowledge of GMP and Computer System Validation (CSV)

Technical & Functional Strength

• Strong ERP functional understanding across:

• Manufacturing operations
• Supply chain and inventory
• Warehouse execution
• Quality systems

• Comfortable reviewing and challenging solution designs and integrations
• Prior experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Solution Architect is a strong plus, * Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional ERP initiatives
• Comfortable managing ambiguity and parallel priorities
• Able to communicate effectively with both technical teams and Senior leadership

This is a Contract position based out of Berkeley, CA. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $100.00/hr.
