As a Senior Architect, you solve the critical challenge of aligning enterprise strategy with complex IT infrastructure to deliver secure, high-performance, and cost-effective technical solutions. By acting as a primary technical liaison between executive stakeholders and engineering teams, you translate high-level business needs into prescriptive architectural guidance. Your leadership ensures that every domain, from governance to technical design, complies with organizational standards and drives tangible business value.
What Success Looks Like (Objectives)
- Lead the design and prototyping of enterprise-grade architectures using Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS to ensure high-performance data ingestion and processing
- Develop and enforce a robust collaboration framework that aligns IT infrastructure with long-term business strategy and executive objectives
- Drive the selection of emerging technologies by conducting deep-dive technical reviews and mapping architectural gaps to prescriptive business requirements
- Architect secure solution patterns that integrate enterprise security practices and compliance guidelines into the foundational layer of every deployment
- Partner with Project Managers to provide technical oversight and facilitate the seamless integration of individual projects into the broader corporate program
- Optimize solution development by defining clear adherence patterns and best practices that reduce technical debt and increase service availability
- Apply AI-driven architectural modeling to simulate environment changes and predict cost-performance ratios for large-scale production support
Requirements
Core Skills and Competencies (What you'll bring)
- Expert-level mastery of Cloud Architecture and Systems Design, specifically within high-volume BSS/OSS environments and large-scale Enterprise Data Warehouses
- Advanced proficiency in architecting complex data ingestion pipelines using Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS Analytics Services
- Technical expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD concepts to drive automated and resilient solution deployments
- Strategic skill in Service Availability and Problem Management, ensuring high-performance production support for critical enterprise applications
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex emergent situations clearly and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- AI Innovation mindset, applying automated governance and intelligent design patterns to maintain strict adherence to corporate technology policies
- Critical Experience leading the architectural design and production support of enterprise-scale data platforms while ensuring end-to-end security compliance
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in IT, specifically with BSS/OSS systems and applications
- 5+ years of professional experience in the operation and production support of large Enterprise Data Warehouses
- 5+ years of experience in architecting large volumes of data ingestion pipelines
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS Analytics Services
