Job description
We are seeking an experienced Sr Salesforce Developer to oversee the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, leadership capabilities, and a strong understanding of best practices and standards. This role involves leading a team of developers, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring scalable and high-quality delivery of Salesforce applications This position requires someone to be in a office work setting in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, or Dallas, TX 5 days a week. For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or status as part of the PERM process will not be available. Future duties and responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions (including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations). o Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers. o Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using Salesforce and other tools as needed. o Develop and maintain custom objects, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components. o Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns. o Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver quality business solutions. o Perform regular code reviews, provide feedback, and enforce development standards. o Handle integration between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using APIs, middleware, etc. o Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices. o Ensure platform security, performance, and scalability
Requirements
6+ years of Salesforce experience required. o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills. o Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery. o Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues. o Knowledge of XML, Java, JSP and other relevant software. o Knowledge of computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, VisualBasic, etc. #LI-SG2, * Banking

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 - $156,700.00.
