Join our dynamic team as a Site Reliability Engineer, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the performance and reliability of our hybrid infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for those eager to dive into hands-on infrastructure and reliability engineering in a complex, real-world environment. Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incidents in production systems using enterprise observability tools.
- Assist in maintaining both on-premises and cloud infrastructure across various layers.
- Support operations across multiple cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Contribute to automation and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives to enhance consistency.
- Engage in DevSecOps and GitOps workflows, including CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in cloud security posture management and help address vulnerabilities.
- Document procedures and system configurations for team knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Understanding of Linux and/or Windows server operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls.
- Experience with at least one scripting language such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE-related roles.
- Exposure to observability or monitoring tools like Datadog or Prometheus.
- Familiarity with IaC tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Experience with containerization or orchestration tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of cloud security posture or compliance concepts.
