Requirements
- Must have a minimum of five years of experience providing BSA services performing the following tasks:
a. Talking to stakeholders and developing a functional requirement specification
b. Analyzing and mapping all relevant business processes and IT infrastructure
c. Researching any rules that might impact solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates
d. Working to optimize production and increase efficiency
e. Designing and installing IT solutions that meet business requirements
f. Developing, presenting and timely completing Project Tasks/Deliverables
g. Working collaboratively with Team and other Energy Safety Vendors as needed
h. Supporting knowledge transfer and training

Must have a minimum of two consecutive years of experience in the last ten years working providing BSA consultative services related to Dynamics 365, automating manual processes, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (Power BI) and electronic signature platform such as DocuSign.

Must have two or more consecutive years of experience not listed within MQs ( Mandatory skills 1 qand 2), in the last 10 years providing project management consultative services to a State of California Department.
