StaffRight Associates is seeking a visionary Data Architect to serve as the primary designer and technical strategist for a high-impact enterprise data ecosystem. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between complex business objectives and cutting-edge technical execution, ensuring that data assets are not only robust and secure but also serve as a catalyst for innovation., * Architect comprehensive enterprise data blueprints that synchronize business goals with long-term IT infrastructure and operational requirements.

  • Engineer sophisticated conceptual, logical, and physical data models to anchor enterprise-grade applications and advanced lakehouse environments.
  • Steer the deployment of high-capacity data pipelines and integration structures to support modern analytics and massive-scale data warehousing.
  • Champion organizational excellence by instituting rigorous data standards, governance protocols, and architectural best practices.
  • Synthesize market intelligence to select and implement premier cloud platforms and emerging data tools that maximize system reliability and speed.
  • Unify efforts across infrastructure, cloud, and engineering departments to ensure seamless cross-platform data compatibility and design integrity.
  • Regulate data health by partnering with security teams to enforce strict metadata management, lineage transparency, and master data quality.
  • Translate executive-level business needs into actionable, scalable technical frameworks that support analysts and engineers alike.
  • Oversee the entire development lifecycle, providing expert technical guidance to ensure all builds adhere to the master architectural vision.
  • Refine system performance and cost-efficiency through proactive audits, refactoring, and optimization of cloud and on-premise environments.

Requirements

  • Azure Data Engineer or Azure Data Architect
  • C# .Net Development background, * Hybrid Expertise: A powerful blend of high-level architectural strategy and "hands-on" programming proficiency.
  • Development Pedigree: At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with a clear career trajectory into technical leadership.
  • Integration Mastery: Profound knowledge of enterprise-level data movement, transformation methodologies, and complex integration patterns.
  • Event-Driven Fluency: Extensive experience with streaming technologies (Kafka preferred) and the ability to navigate the nuances of synchronous vs. asynchronous system designs.
  • Modern Lakehouse Knowledge: A proven track record of constructing pipelines that ingest diverse internal and external data into contemporary lake architectures.
  • Strategic Leadership: The ability to mentor engineering teams, articulate technical trade-offs, and drive collective consensus on design decisions.
  • Cloud & Database Prowess: Deep familiarity with the Azure ecosystem and expert-level command of both SQL and NoSQL technologies.
  • Advanced Toolkit: Experience with premier platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, or BigQuery, alongside an understanding of AI/ML feature store architectures.
  • Communication Excellence: The capability to distill intricate technical jargon into compelling narratives for stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Active Azure Data Engineer/Architect certifications and a professional background in C# .NET development.
  • Compliance: Due to federal contract requirements, candidates must hold U.S. Citizenship.
