Requirements
- 7+ years of overall software engineering experience, with 2+ years in AI / LLM / Generative AI.
- Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.
- Experience designing and deploying Now Assist skills, domain specific prompts, and RAG based solutions.
- Proven ability to build AI Agents and agentic workflows, including orchestration, guardrails, and multi step automation.
- Experience architecting MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.
- Hands-on experience building Claude skills and connectors to enable AI driven ServiceNow actions (record creation, case triage, data retrieval).
- Ability to integrate AI features into ServiceNow workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.
