Job description
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration APIs.
- Develop and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within ServiceNow applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- 8+ years experience working in software industry building enterprise applications.
- Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, scalable user interfaces.
- Implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience.
- Hands on development & Implementation Experience in NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
- Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, React for ServiceNow customizations.
- Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards.
- Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
