Job description
Role: Responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of software releases across all environments, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical readiness, and operational stability. Goals: Deliver efficient, timely, and high-quality software releases by owning and enforcing release tollgates, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks throughout the release lifecycle. Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate release schedules across teams Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery Enforce tollgate checkpoints and compliance standards Own and ensure adherence to the change management process Oversee overall release readiness Manage release communications and stakeholder engagement Maintain and archive all required documentation and artifacts Collaborate with various stakeholders; bridging the gap between teams Monitor and improve release processes Lead retrospectives and document lessons learned
Requirements
