Our client is building a first-of-its-kind Service Assurance function within a growing technology organization in Nashville. This role is central to strengthening governance, reporting, and service quality across enterprise IT initiatives, ensuring technology delivery is measurable, consistent, and aligned to business outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where structure is being built, influence is broad, and impact is highly visible., * Support service assurance standards, quality reviews, and consistency of IT services

  • Assist IT governance, PMO tracking, and documentation
  • Develop operational and executive reporting
  • Translate service data into actionable insights
  • Track cost savings and benefit realization
  • Maintain documentation, playbooks, and standards
  • Partner with IT teams to improve service maturity

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with IT service management or governance
  • Ability to produce structured documentation
  • ITIL or PM concepts preferred
  • Banking or financial services experience a plus
