Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Legal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and clerical support to our litigation attorneys and paralegals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong organizational skills, and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy and professionalism., Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence, pleadings, and court documents.
Manage attorney calendars, schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and court appearances.
File documents electronically and in court, ensuring deadlines and procedural requirements are met.
Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and case files for hearings and trial.
Handle billing, time entry, and expense tracking with accuracy.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems in an organized manner.
Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client and internal communications.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in a litigation secretary or legal administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of legal terminology, court procedures, and document formatting.
Typing speed of 50+ WPM and strong attention to detail.
Experience with legal billing/timekeeping software preferred.
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
