SAP TM Manager - Lead Logistics Transformation Programmes

Ready to take ownership of complex transportation and logistics initiatives? This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll shape and deliver large-scale SAP Transportation Management solutions across international organisations. You'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery leading programmes, engaging senior stakeholders, and driving measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations (from design through to go-live), including fit-gap analysis and solution architecture
• Configure core TM capabilities across order management, freight planning, execution, and settlement
• Manage project delivery - owning timelines, scope, budget, and team coordination
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business needs into effective solutions
• Oversee testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), data validation, and go-live readiness
• Drive integration across SAP modules (eg SD, MM, EWM, finance) and external systems (EDI/carriers)
• Lead and mentor consultants, supporting team development and delivery quality
• Contribute to business development and pre-sales activities

Your profile

• 8+ years' experience in SAP Transportation Management
• Delivered multiple full lifecycle implementations
• Experience leading teams within TM-focused programmes
• Strong expertise across freight planning, execution, and settlement processes
• Background in S/4HANA environments within logistics or supply chain
• Exposure to TM integrations and tools (eg event tracking, logistics collaboration platforms)
• Understanding of adjacent SAP modules (SD/MM; basic finance knowledge beneficial)
• Experience with system configuration, data migration, and solution design
• Strong communication skills with proven client-facing experience
• Degree in a relevant field and fluency in English
• Comfortable working in international, multicultural environments
