Job description

Define and guide the overall technical architecture
Ensure scalable and maintainable design decisions
Mentor and support development teams through code reviews and coaching
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and CI/CD processes
Identify technical risks and support reliable sprint delivery

Requirements

Candidates must be citizens of a European Union Member State (requirement for working on EU institutional projects)., Strong experience with Java / Spring Boot

Experience with Angular

Solid knowledge of REST APIs and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)

Experience working with AWS cloud services

Experience with Agile / Scrum environments

Strong technical leadership and mentoring abilities
