Product Owner

As an Agile Product Owner, you will act as the voice of the customer and stakeholders , ensuring their needs are translated into a clear product vision.

You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog , ensuring the development team has a full understanding of the product and that each sprint delivers consistent value.

Working closely with the Scrum Master and Development Team, you will play a key role in driving product strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement ., Product Design & Strategy

• Define the product vision, roadmap, and overall strategy
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
• Prioritize and manage the Product Backlog
• Ensure alignment between all stakeholders

Delivery & Agile Framework

• Plan iterations and define sprint priorities
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs, etc.)
• Ensure product consistency and quality throughout development
• Adjust backlog priorities dynamically during sprints
• Act as decision-maker on product functionalities

• Positive attitude and pragmatic approach
• Continuous learning and knowledge sharing
• Strong team-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn from feedback and drive continuous improvement, * Bachelor or Master degree, * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies
• Experience in Project & Budget Management
