Job description
- User Adoption & Enablement
- Design and implement adoption and change concepts for Microsoft 365 services
- Plan and deliver enablement formats such as workshops, trainings, webinars, and learning paths
- Create target group oriented communication and training materials (guides, videos, FAQs)
- Copilot for Microsoft 365
- Actively support the introduction and continuous development of Copilot for Microsoft 365
- Advise business units on use case definition, best practices, and value creation
- Work closely with IT security, data protection, and compliance to ensure secure and compliant usage of Copilot
- M365 Collaboration & SharePoint
- Advise on modern collaboration scenarios using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Design and optimize information and collaboration structures (e.g., team, channel, and SharePoint concepts)
- Support the standardization and governance of M365 collaboration services
- Digital Workplace Development
- Contribute to the strategic development of the Digital Workplace portfolio
- Closely collaborate with ServiceNow / ITSM teams (service catalogs, self service, adoption modules)
- Act as an interface between IT, business units, and further stakeholders (HR, Communications, Security).
Requirements
As a Digital Workplace Engineer (m/f/d) with a focus on M365 Collaboration & Adoption, you are a key driver for the successful usage and adoption of modern collaboration and productivity tools based on Microsoft 365. Your focus lies on User Adoption, Copilot for Microsoft 365, and the continuous development of collaboration scenarios (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). You combine solid technical understanding with a strong enablement mindset and support business units in generating real value from Microsoft 365. In this role, we are looking for a personality with a strong curiosity for new technologies, a clear ambition to stay up to date, and the drive to actively advance and sustainably embed Copilot for Microsoft 365 within the organization., * Experience in Microsoft 365 collaboration (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)

Practical experience in user adoption, enablement, or change management within an IT or digital workplace context

Very good understanding of Copilot for Microsoft 365 and generative AI in an enterprise environment (use cases, opportunities, limitations)

Solid general knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform (architecture, security basics, governance approaches)

Strong communication and presentation skills - also for non technical target groups

Structured and self reliant working style with a strong service and solution orientation

Fluency in English and German languages Nice to Have

Experience with adoption frameworks (e.g., Microsoft Adoption Framework)

Knowledge of ServiceNow (Employee Center, Digital Workplace, ITSM)

Experience in international or global IT environments

Basic understanding of data protection (GDPR) and information security in the M365 context
