As a Agentic AI Engineer at Rabobank, you design and optimize Copilot Studio agents for secure, scalable customer journeys, improve grounding and conversational flows, mentor Agent Makers, and drive ALM with Azure DevOps pipelines.

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems that autonomously plan, reason, and act to solve complex business problems, integrating LLMs with tools, data, and workflows in production environments. Core responsibilities - Develop agent architectures (planning, tool-use, memory, reflection) using modern LLM frameworks. - Integrate agents with internal/external APIs, databases, search, and automation tools. - Implement evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for safety, reliability, and compliance. - Optimize performance, latency, and cost across inference, retrieval, and orchestration. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. - Document designs, runbooks, and best practices; support production operations. Required skills - Strong software engineering skills in Python (and/or TypeScript ), with production-grade testing and CI/CD. - Hands-on experience with LLMs , prompt engineering, and agent orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI/Anthropic APIs). - Knowledge of RAG , embeddings, vector databases, and information retrieval. - Experience building secure integrations with APIs, authentication, and data privacy controls. - Familiarity with cloud deployment, containers, and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
