Job description
- Own and maintain the WordPress platform across all environments
- Translate marketing and campaign requirements into high-quality WordPress implementations
- Design and implement custom themes, templates, and components aligned to brand guidelines
- Integrate WordPress with CRM, payment platforms, and other systems
- Implement structured data capture mechanisms for tracking and performance measurement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity for the insights team
- Optimize site performance for user acquisition and conversion goals
- Manage plugins, updates, and security controls to reduce vulnerabilities
- Develop documentation for site architecture and data flows
- Monitor performance metrics and identify improvements for user experience

Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in managing the WordPress platform, ensuring performance, security, stability, and scalability

- Ability to design and implement custom themes, templates, and components
- Knowledge of integrating WordPress with downstream systems (e.g. CRM, payment platforms)
- Familiarity with structured data capture mechanisms and performance measurement
- Skills in optimizing site performance (page speed, SEO, Core Web Vitals)
- Experience in managing plugins, updates, and security controls
- Ability to develop and maintain project documentation
- Familiarity with website performance metrics and improvement strategies
