Mid to Senior Front-End Developer

• Design, build, and maintain modern front-end applications using React or Angular
• Take ownership of development from early-stage prototypes through to full production systems
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers and technical specialists
• Translate complex technical processes into intuitive and robust user interfaces
• Work closely with product and technical teams to rapidly iterate on new features
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of front-end codebases
• Contribute to architectural decisions where appropriate
• Support and mentor more junior developers as the team grows

• Strong commercial experience in front-end development using either React or Angular
• Proven ability to take front-end applications from early prototype through to production deployment
• Solid understanding of modern front-end architecture, state management, and tooling
• Experience working with back-end systems and APIs
• Ability to read and understand Python code, particularly prototype-level implementations
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technically complex environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical teams
• You must hold a STEM degree, and ideally have a strong academic background
• Experience with GitHub or a portfolio of work is beneficial
