Job description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to play a critical role in shaping and governing our enterprise-wide technology and business architecture. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and delivery teams to ensure our systems, platforms, and processes align with strategic objectives and enable sustainable growth.

This is a highly influential role, responsible for defining architecture standards, guiding transformation initiatives, and ensuring technology investments deliver long-term value., * Define and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, principles, standards, and roadmaps

  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and IT solutions across the organisation
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into architectural outcomes
  • Provide architectural governance and assurance across programmes and projects
  • Guide solution, data, application, and technology architects to ensure consistency and quality
  • Identify opportunities for modernisation, simplification, and technical debt reduction
  • Assess emerging technologies and advise on adoption where appropriate
  • Support digital transformation and cloud migration initiatives

Requirements

You are a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation and the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven Experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a senior architecture role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (eg TOGAF)
  • Experience operating in complex, large-scale or regulated environments
  • Ability to balance long-term architectural vision with pragmatic delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of modern IT architectures (cloud, integration, data platforms, security)

Desirable:

  • TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification
  • Experience supporting large transformation or digital programmes
  • Background across multiple domains (applications, data, infrastructure, integration)
