IT Application Support Technician (1023)

• Troubleshoot and support Warehouse Management & Material Flow Systems
• Perform system monitoring, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams and site staff to ensure uptime
• Support software changes, updates, and releases
• Work flexible shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings

• BSc/HND/HNC in Computer Science or related field
• Strong SQL and Linux skills
• Experience of supporting automated materials handling systems
• Ability to identify and resolve issues within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Material Flow Systems (MFS).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
• Java/PLC experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally and adapt to shift patterns
