Job description

  • Responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing Linux systems across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Ensures system reliability, security, and performance while supporting automation, deployment, and operational excellence., * Manage, configure, and maintain Linux servers across development, staging, and production environments.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational processes.
  • Handle user access, permissions, and security configurations.
  • Perform system patching, upgrades, and package installations.
  • Implement system hardening and least privilege security practices.
  • Support and maintain backup and recovery processes.
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to support deployments and ensure system stability.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations and procedures.

Should Have:

  • Experience with cloud storage services and infrastructure automation tools.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux administration.
  • Proficiency in shell scripting using Bash or Python.
  • Experience with user management, RBAC, and access control policies.
  • Knowledge of system patching, upgrades, and package management.
  • Understanding of system hardening and security best practices.
  • Experience in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience:

  • Experience managing Linux environments across multiple stages.
  • Experience developing and maintaining automation scripts.
  • Experience supporting backup and recovery processes., * Linux system administration.
  • Automation and scripting.
  • System security and access control.
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Qualification And Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
