Job description
Seeking a Senior Linux Admin to support AWS/Hybrid cloud environments for Client applications. Responsible for managing RHEL systems, cloud infrastructure, and system performance., * Administer and maintain Red Hat Linux servers (RHEL)
- Manage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EBS, etc.)
- Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Handle user access, security, and system hardening
- Develop scripts (Bash/Python) and support automation tools
- Manage backups, recovery, and documentation
Requirements
- Strong Linux (RHEL) administration experience
- Hands-on AWS and cloud infrastructure experience
- Scripting skills (Bash/Python)
- Experience with monitoring, performance tuning, and security
- Knowledge of networking, DNS, HTTP, and related protocols
- Experience with tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
Preferred:
- Linux certifications (RHCE, LPIC)
- Experience with Terraform, FSx/EFS, and advanced networking
