Job description

  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Support installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment, systems, and components
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve system or product failures
  • Assist with system integration, product validation, and performance optimization
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges
  • Support Business Development team with technical expertise during client engagements
  • Document service activities, issues, and resolutions in technical reports
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Participate in product training, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives

Requirements

Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking a skilled Technical Service Engineer to support technical service operations, installation, and customer-facing engineering support within high-tech and semiconductor-related environments. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support, system integration assistance, and troubleshooting for equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering foundation, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external clients., * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related field)

  • 1-5+ years of experience in technical service, field engineering, or similar role preferred
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with hands-on technical ability
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and manuals
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, * Experience in semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, or industrial environments
  • Experience with equipment installation, system integration, or field service support
  • Multilingual abilities (Mandarin preferred, Spanish is a plus)

Work Environment

  • Combination of office, field, and customer site environments
  • May require local travel for installation and service support
