This is hands-on, end-to-end development (architecture, data modeling, migration, automation, reporting) plus ongoing SharePoint site support. Work directly with senior economists, attorneys, and policy staff to design mission-critical business process solutions. Responsibilities

  • Drive the creation of new applications by migrating existing systems to Dataverse-backed Power Platform applications.
  • Evaluate and redefine historical SharePoint solutions to build sustainable data models.
  • Design and execute data migration strategies, ensuring robust data quality and integrity.
  • Enhance business efficiency by integrating automated workflows into current processes.
  • Manage and support ongoing SharePoint Online operations alongside modernization efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine technical requirements and support application testing and rollout.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on Dataverse, demonstrating practical application development experience.
  • Skilled in upgrading SharePoint environments to incorporate Power Apps and workflow improvements.
  • Strong data modeling abilities to create logical and efficient application structures.
  • Adept in solving intricate application challenges through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ability to partner with diverse stakeholders to extract and define technical needs efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing canvas apps and model-driven apps.
  • Knowledgeable in the lifecycle management of Power Platform applications.
  • Experience working within a U.S. federal government environment.
  • Experience supporting testing efforts, including UAT coordination and defect remediation.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 integration patterns (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint).
