Job description
Insight Global is seeking a Secret Software Engineer with hands on experience This role will focus on extending application functionality, extracting, and transforming model data, and converting models into JSON and XML formats to integrate with downstream systems, tools, and workflows.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with MBSE environments, understands structured data modeling, and enjoys working with complex engineering models and APIs. We can offer $50hr-100hr dependent on candidate experience.

Requirements
Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+)
Experience parsing, generating, and transforming JSON and XML
Experience debugging and supporting complex Java applications
Ability to understand and navigate large, unfamiliar codebases Hands on experience developing Cameo / MagicDraw plugins
Experience using Cameo OpenAPI
Strong understanding of SysML and/or UML models
Familiarity with model based data extraction and transformation
