Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable solutions, integrating Salesforce with other systems, and improving overall business processes.
The opportunity:

Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

Customize Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.

Build integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
-
Create workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and deployment using Salesforce tools.

Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

Ensure data security and integrity within the Salesforce environment.

Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, and bug fixes.

Requirements

Strong experience in Apex programming

Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Knowledge of Visualforce

Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform

Experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud

Hands-on experience with SOQL and SOSL

Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations

Knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules

Experience with Git or other version control systems

Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, permission sets)

Experience with Salesforce deployment tools (Change Sets, DevOps tools, or CI/CD)

$75,000-$113,000 life insurance, vision insurance, flexible benefit account, paid holidays, sick time, 401(k), retirement plan United States, Texas, Plano Apr 30, 2026 Role description, Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below., Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines.
