Data Center Specialist

• Enter, review, and maintain data records with a high level of accuracy and consistency across assigned systems.
• Analyze data sets and billing-related information to identify discrepancies, verify completeness, and support timely resolution of issues.
• Provide attentive assistance to internal teams and external contacts, ensuring clear communication and a service-oriented approach.
• Follow established procedures carefully while completing assigned tasks and projects independently within required deadlines.
• Prepare, organize, and update documentation related to data handling, reporting, and collection activities.
• Support billing and collection processes by validating information, tracking outstanding items, and escalating concerns when needed.
• Assist in training team members on data processes, documentation standards, and accuracy expectations.
• Contribute to process-related operational tasks, including updates tied to data workflows or system-related changes when assigned. Requirements - At least 1 year of experience in data entry, data analysis, billing, collections, or a related operational support role.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment.
• Solid math skills and the ability to interpret numerical information confidently.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and follow detailed procedures while managing responsibilities independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to daily interactions.
• Experience supporting or explaining data-related processes to coworkers is preferred.
