Lead Python Full Stack Engineer

Job Summary We are seeking a Lead Python Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies. This role involves leading end-to-end solution development, mentoring team members, and ensuring high standards for performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python-based frameworks, front-end technologies, and cloud-native development practices. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications Architect and implement end-to-end solutions including RESTful APIs, databases, and user interfaces Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices Ensure application stability, security, and performance Integrate third-party services and external APIs as needed Drive continuous improvement in development, testing, and deployment processes Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in full-stack development Required Qualifications Proven experience as a full-stack developer or engineer with a strong focus on Python Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js Experience with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes Experience with microservices architecture Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, or message broker systems Experience working in Agile environments Education: Bachelors Degree
