Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead to drive end-to-end design and delivery of after-sales service and warranty solutions within an automotive environment. This role will act as the functional lead for service operations, warranty management, and dealer ecosystem integration, ensuring scalable and compliant SAP solutions., * Lead end-to-end solution design for SAP S/4HANA Service and Warranty

  • Conduct fit-to-standard workshops and gap analysis with business stakeholders
  • Drive after-sales processes including warranty claims, service orders, recalls, and billing
  • Manage integration with SAP modules (MM, PM/EAM, FI/CO, SD) and external systems
  • Collaborate with business teams (After-Sales, Finance, Engineering, Dealer Network)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and roadmaps
  • Lead configuration, design validation, and solution governance across project phases
  • Ensure integration across vehicle master, parts logistics, and financial processes
  • Support SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness
  • Ensure compliance with SAP standards and automotive best practices

Requirements

  • 10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Service & Warranty domains
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS
  • Experience with SAP Warranty Management, Service Orders, Notifications, Settlement
  • Strong understanding of automotive after-sales processes and dealer ecosystems
  • Experience in large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience integrating SAP with external systems (APIs, IDocs, middleware), * Experience with CRM/Customer Experience tools or Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
  • Exposure to integrations with third-party service platforms
  • Knowledge of integration tools and middleware platforms
  • Experience mentoring teams and leading cross-functional initiatives
