Genesys Cloud CX Developer / Tech Lead

• Design and configure Genesys Cloud CX architecture
• Develop and maintain IVR, call flows, secure flows, and bots
• Implement CTI integrations and omnichannel solutions
• Work with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payloads
• Develop automation using JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
• Integrate third-party systems using OAuth and RESTful services
• Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Genesys Cloud
• Collaborate with business and technical teams for solution design and BPR activities

We are looking for a Genesys Cloud CX Developer / Tech Lead with strong experience in designing, developing, and integrating contact center solutions using Genesys PureCloud., * Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX (PureCloud)

• IVR design & call flow development
• REST / SOAP APIs, Web Services
• JavaScript (must-have)
• CI/CD and DevOps experience in Genesys Cloud
• CTI & contact center domain knowledge
