Job description

Our organization is seeking a talented and motivated DC/DC power System and Application Engineer to join our strong and fast-moving team. The successful candidate for this position will be primarily responsible for our DC/DC power solutions to address strategic needs., * Collaborating with system engineers to generate silicon validation reports for new silicon.

  • Developing Evaluation Modules (EVMs) for comprehensive testing.
  • Researching and crafting reference schematics based on customer application scenarios.
  • Assisting customers in optimizing DC/DC solutions through design reviews and bench validations for successful design outcomes.
  • Conducting training sessions for field teams (FAEs) and customers, emphasizing robust design practices for first PCBA success, with optional on-site support during initial bring-up.
  • Identifying customer challenges, collecting market feedback, and collaborating with the design/system team to implement improvements in the next generation of DC/DC solutions.
  • Write technical documents such Datasheets, Application notes, EVM user's guide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field of study., * Knowledge of high-density power converter topologies and control methods in power supplies.
  • Proven experience or strong understanding of Point-of-Load (POL) converters, E-Fuse, and 48V input (48Vin) power systems is a significant plus.
  • Experience in schematic and PCB creation (e.g., Altium, Cadence, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with power stage components selection and thermal management.
