For 28 years we have provided human based technical support and consultation on client technology needs. We offer turnkey and ongoing person to person support; our ideal candidate would have a solid knowledge of all modern technology systems and concepts.
Tasks may range from assistance with desktop computers, printers, video, sound and phone systems, to higher networking and premises systems including email, file, NAS, backup, POS and domain controllers. We support all desktop / mobile / cloud computing platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide remote support via voice, email and txt messaging to customers across the globe
- Provide onsite support for customers in the Central Texas region
- Identify, resolve and document customer issues using industry standard tools
- Management / Operation of infrastructure; network, desktop to mobile
- Provisioning and deployment of new hardware and software systems
- Work together with client vendors to set up and maintain client systems
- Device testing, order fulfillment, and other duties as defined over time
Requirements
- Experience with configuration & administration of WinX / MacOS
- Experience with iOS and Android mobile platforms
- Understanding of networking; NAT, VPN and WAN networks
- Solid customer service experience
- Good listening and speaking skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation
- Ability to work on multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Ability to build positive and collaborative team relationships
- Problem-solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines
- Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated, High school graduate + Technology focused Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, MCITP or similar certifications are a plus Multi Language skills are welcome
