Job description
- Install PC's at Client Locations
- Troubleshoot issues as they arise with workstations, Email, cloud services, printers and any other technology in use by the company.
- Manage Active Directory/ Exchange Online
- Setup and Troubleshoot network printers and other peripherals.
- Diagnose and repair software and hardware issues.
- Communicate and interact with end users and internal staff to resolve IT related issues.
- Answer helpdesk calls and log tickets in helpdesk system, Join us and help make a difference by providing top-notch IT support to our clients!
Requirements
- Associates Degree in Information Systems or related field
- 1 year of relevant technical experience
- Microsoft Certifications a plus but not required.
- Strong knowledge of PC desktop support
- Basic Level knowledge of Server support
- Basic Level knowledge of Network Device Support
- Ability to Speak Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license.
- Dependable transportation.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends and as required.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
