Job description

  • Install PC's at Client Locations
  • Troubleshoot issues as they arise with workstations, Email, cloud services, printers and any other technology in use by the company.
  • Manage Active Directory/ Exchange Online
  • Setup and Troubleshoot network printers and other peripherals.
  • Diagnose and repair software and hardware issues.
  • Communicate and interact with end users and internal staff to resolve IT related issues.
  • Answer helpdesk calls and log tickets in helpdesk system, Join us and help make a difference by providing top-notch IT support to our clients!

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Information Systems or related field
  • 1 year of relevant technical experience
  • Microsoft Certifications a plus but not required.
  • Strong knowledge of PC desktop support
  • Basic Level knowledge of Server support
  • Basic Level knowledge of Network Device Support
  • Ability to Speak Spanish
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Dependable transportation.
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends and as required.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
