The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Innovation team, you will design and implement innovative software solutions that integrate AI and automation into tax processes. As a Senior Associate, you will own components and services, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with tax specialists to shape innovative use cases while navigating the complexities of software engineering. • Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Having proven experience building applications using Java, .NET, Node.js, or Python
• Having proficiency in RESTful API design and microservices architecture
• Demonstrating skills in relational databases and SQL
• Possesing familiarity with Agile practices and CI/CD tooling
• Possesing experience deploying applications to cloud environments like Azure or AWS
• Having involvement in data and AI workloads using Python or R
• Understanding of security and compliance for data and AI
• Possesing the ability to mentor junior developers and foster innovation

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
