Kforce has a client seeking a remote Data Engineer to join their team in Atlanta, GA.
Requirements
This individual will be responsible for building ETL pipelines, data models (in SQL/Google Cloud Platform), joining tables and data sets, and then using python, airflow for orchestration, and will be working with various data sources (oracle, Cassandra, Google Cloud Platform/BigQuery, etc.). On a daily basis, they will be doing complex SQL and curation of data for various orgs at the client. They will also be interacting with several ML models so ML experience is a plus, along with experience in a fast paced, agile environment. Lastly, this team thrives off of their culture and they are looking for strong communication, presentation skills, and candidates that are ambitious, coachable and willing to learn., * 3-5 years of data engineering experience
- Extremely strong in SQL (be able to tune queries properly, write complex queries, join tables, etc.)
- Experience with ETL processes
- Python experience
- Strong Communication - ability to communicate with the business and stake holders
- Experience in retail/supply chain a plus
- Google Cloud Platform Experience W/Bigquery) a plus
- Experience in creating pipelines for data extraction, cleansing, and movements (airflow) a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
